Helping new moms and moms-to-be

We spend significant time and resources to support our employees’ family life outside of work, as well as their return to work. This includes trailblazing offerings such as 26-weeks paid time-off for birth mothers, 16 weeks off for all new parents, and our Welcome Back program. Our Welcome Back program provides a transition for employees returning from leave, with the option for flexible work schedules and arrangements to assist with their reintegration into work.
