Flywheel is a remote-first workforce with employees in 24 US states and 7 countries across the globe.

We stay connected virtually via Slack and Google Teams, and employees based in Minneapolis can enjoy our newly renovated office space on Glenwood Avenue. We boast free parking, soda and snacks, a workout area, nursing mothers room, and a rooftop patio with a grill in the summer. You might even see a colleague's pet - like our favorite mutt Scrappy - in our dog-friendly space.

When able to gather safely, you’ll find us together for our annual Pride Picnic in June or bi-annual All-Hands meetings. All company meetings are remote/virtual hybrid to support the comfort level of all employees. No Flywheelio will be required to return to the office or attend an in-person meeting.
