Ginevra began her journey at AVEVA over five years ago, when she was tasked with building a back-office team for the EURA region. Previously, Ginevra worked at Scheider Electric and Manifattura Cattaneo Spa.

Ginevra is based in Lombardy, Italy.

Katherine joined AVEVA on the graduate scheme straight after university, leaving the scheme early to become a full-time software engineer in the design applications team, where she worked on disciplines within E3D including HVAC and cabling. She now works as a senior software engineer and scrum master within the common framework team.

Cami is passionate and highly motivated professional, about to complete her ILM Level 5 in Business Coaching and Mentoring. She started her career in the Hospitality Industry where she quickly realised that her passion lies in building relationships with people, as well as helping individuals, and companies, to grow themselves to be the best they can be.

Cami is highly committed to understanding and respecting colleagues' and candidates' professional, and personal, needs. This aids her most important focus of internally recruiting the best available talent within the market, not only to ensure roles are filled by the best candidates but also to ensure that the candidate finds more than 'just a job'; that they find their next step into even bigger greatness -- greatness that will collaboratively benefit them as much as it will AVEVA.

Cami is a relationship and growth-driven individual with a keen eye for identifying and attracting candidates who add value to their organisation, all through a very efficient recruitment process.

Aasma joined AVEVA in February of 2020 as Software Developer. She is currently working as R&D team lead, product development, and thoroughly enjoys leading the team of developers to achieve and deliver outstanding customer value in USC.

Aasma has 9ish years of industry experience as a software developer, and 1+ as team lead. She enjoys collaboration, problem solving, learning new technologies, and more recently seeking clarity for vision. Aasma is mum to two lovely kiddos!

Dusten used to sell enterprise software to global organizations. He accidentally fell into recruitment whilst trying to build his own team and found that he really enjoyed searching for amazing candidates, understanding their career objectives, and playing a small part in helping them achieve those goals.

Although Dusten has led teams, designed processes, and implemented strategies, at the end of the day, he is a recruiter. He loves rolling up his sleeves, finding the very best talent in the market, attracting them, ensuring there is a match on both sides, and then handling the entire process through interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Dusten is a geek at heart who deeply enjoys combining his love of technology with a penchant for growing people and businesses.

As key account manager for central Europe, Esma develops account plans and executes the strategy and development of B2B and B2C business. She's charged with developing solution strategies, leading commercial and legal negotiations while building strong customer relationships. Esma joined the Aveva team in February 2019.
