Throughout Yelena's career, she has had the opportunity to work across a number of customer-facing business & technology advisory roles. She has a proven track record in creating, selling, and implementing solutions for complex business transformations, and is interested in new ways of working, innovation & technology-enabled business change.
Currently, Yelena leads the Solutions Architecture function at Elastic across Asia Pacific & Japan. Focusing on delivering architecture and advisory support to APAC customers.
Rain Hu
Area Vice President, ASEAN & Hong Kong
Rain is an accomplished entrepreneurial leader, top team builder and motivator with a proven track record in leading diverse APJ regional teams to great success in both start-up, pre-IPO and Global IT vendors. As a business leader, she managed regional P&L, built regional teams from scratch, delivered predictable outcomes and transformed loss-making business of MNC to hyper-growth GEO. Her passion is to bring the team together, connect APJ with other regions and HQ, and accelerate excellence in delivering customer values and business outcomes. Together, We Make the Difference.
Amy Lim
Partner Director, ASEAN & Hong Kong
With more than 20 years of working experience, Amy mainly specialized in the sales within the IT industry. She has won multiple awards including "Rain Maker" in 2016 and Top Performance Ecosystem Award by Elastic Global 2022. In her recent years of career, she's focused more on Partner Management and Business Development, building partnership framework, formulate partnership strategy, develop joint business plan, strategy and GTM to build a holistic, sustainable and healthy partner ecosystem.
Amy has hosted 2 art exhibitions, been recognized & published as Young Entrepreneur in 1998 and participated in numerous charity program and social concern campaigns.
