Sabrina has 19+ years of experience in the global enterprise IT industry, and over 12 years of account sales manager/territory sales manager expertise. She also has a proven track record of Global Prime Account and SMB Enterprise growth.

Customer Success Specialist - Manager

Bernadette is passionate about developing a team of Customer Success Specialists that genuinely love working with customers.

Bernadette, who's based in Singapore, began her journey with Autodesk over 12 years ago.

Renée has worked at Autodesk since 2017 when she joined as a Marketing & Events Specialist. Prior career stops include BBK Advertising, Blairgrove Pty Ltd, and
Entertainment Alliance.

Renée also owned her own photography business for eight years in Sydney, Australia.

Sales Development Hub Manager - India

Shantala Shenoy is Sales Development Hub Manager - India. She joined Autodesk on 1st June 2020. She works very closely with Territory, MMA and EStore Business units to support business growth across PAN India reporting into Vikram Yadav. Born in Faridabad, Haryana, she did her schooling at New Delhi & then moved to Bangalore.

She has been in IT Business Development & Inside Sales for over 12+ years. In her free time, she loves travelling & exploring new places, listening to music. She joined as a TSR in 2020 and was a part of Diamond Club in FY22. Has taken up SD Manager role in April 2022.

Caroline is passionate about customer success. She helps customers accelerate their growth by consulting them on architecture, engineering and construction solutions.

Caroline works closely with Autodesk's strategic accounts to help them innovate, differentiate themselves from their competition and re-think what is possible.

Natalie has spent over 20 years helping companies globally drive higher profits by enhancing the way they serve their customers. She has significant international experience in the technology, telecoms and e-commerce working in Australia, UK, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Japan, and now Singapore. Natalie has held several leadership positions across Asia including Regional Head, Chief Customer Officer and now Senior Director APAC Renewals for Autodesk.
