Elsa Silva (she/her) is a Strategic Business Productivity Leader with vast expertise in all facets of Customer Success enablement and engagement strategies, strategic planning, and operations analysis within high-profile organizations. She is committed to fostering a culture of flexible, collaborative leadership that embraces new ideas from all levels of an organization to drive innovation and achieve optimal business and financial objectives.
As a multi-lingual, native Spanish speaker, Elsa is uniquely positioned to provide management, strategy, and programs specific to AMER and LATAM regions. Prior to joining Salesforce, she co-founded and served as CEO of one of the first omni-channel customer service support centers in Guatemala. After a successful merger, she developed and executed a successful 200%+ global growth strategy for a Central American near-shore facility.
