Inclusion@Work’s 2023 Black Americans Report revealed that significant numbers of Black workers believe that race can hinder their career goals, though few outside their community agree. Not surprisingly, the report found that an alarmingly high percentage of Black workers have considered lawsuits related to treatment based on identity and background.
Additionally, Black workers voiced feeling underrepresented in DEI leadership – and frustrated with the results of DEI. So the question is: are company leaders willing to adapt?
