Meet The Speakers

Ravindra Seshagiri Hassan

VP of Engineering

A veteran and thought leader in the software industry, Ravi has nearly 25 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs to drive business growth. He has extensive experience setting up and running large technology centers in India. He also brings an impressive track record of building high-performing teams focused on delivery, excellence, quality, and service.

Ravi holds an Executive MBA from Karnataka State Open University, a certificate course in Strategic IT management from Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad, Post Graduate in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from University of Texas-McCombs business School - Austin TX, Certification in Design Thinking from Stanford GSB and Certification in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) from Yale School of management. He is a recipient of the NEXT CIO -100 award for his contribution in the IT field, a lifetime member of Harvard Leaders Excellence, a member of Forbes Technology council and member of CIO Klub Bangalore Chapter.

Prior to Pluralsight, Ravi worked in several large organizations - Site leader for Infoblox, Managing Director - Estuate inc, Managing Director - Maxim Integrated Products, AVP - Sasken Communication technologies.

Ravi lives in Bangalore with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys long drives, travel, classical Indian music, photography, playing club-level badminton, and spending time with his family.

Satya Kishore Bhamidipati

Talent Acquisition Partner - India

Satya has been with Pluralsight for a year now supporting the Talent Acquisition team. He is focused on building tech and product teams at Pluralsight’s new technology center in India.

Sahana H S

Talent Acquisition Partner

Sahana H S has been working with Pluralsight for the last 1.5 years as a Talent Acquisition professional. Her role involves handling hiring at all levels within the organization. With over 12 years of experience in the field of recruitment, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work.

Poonam Agarwal

Senior Engineering Manager

Poonam is a Senior Engineering Manager (Flow) at Pluralsight. She is a BTech Computer Science Graduate with 13 years of tech experience in technologies like Java, Python, cloud services and building scalable distributed systems. Poonam leads the GoTo Market Experience team for the Flow product. Her role involves managing deliveries, leading a team of engineers, and helping grow the India Technology Centre for Pluralsight.
