Seasoned tech executive with 30+ years of software experience including 25+ years with start-ups. Founded, financed, and scaled four start-ups and successfully completed exits for three including sales to Cisco, Oracle, and Twilio and supported the subsequent successful IPO of TWLO.

Through the combination of developing a customer and market-driven vision, hands-on leadership, and incremental metric-driven results, built solid teams that have delivered innovative products, developed new markets, and generated sales and company results above expectations.

With 20 years of experience, Tracye is a people leader that builds profitable and productive teams while aligning people, ideas, and systems with corporate vision. She’s worked in companies of all sizes, startup to large enterprise, private and public; and enjoys the challenge creating impactful solutions to complex problems.

Irene has pursued various sales leadership positions in the valley over the last 20 years. Her background from early on has been in building and scaling customer programs that focus on accelerating top line growth. One of her favorite parts of her job is in assembling high performing and diverse teams with strong sales and technical acumen. Solving hard problems excites her most days, where she enjoys the challenge of identifying and resolving complex systems & process control issues. She relies heavily on data and analyses to build up her teams and the programs that support them. She considers herself an influential change management leader who enjoys bringing simplicity and focus into work streams, in order to achieve shared business outcomes and deliverables.

Leah Moskovic has worked at Cloudflare for 8 years, starting as an AE and moving up to lead high performing teams over the last 5 years. She lives in the Bay Area with her fiancé and enjoys practicing her Spanish & Portuguese, hiking, swimming and travel.

Lori Harmon is a strategic leader who helps customers maximize their return, drives sales innovation and empowers teams in a digital era. She is also the author of the book 42 Rules for Building a High Velocity Inside Sales Team and a frequent speaker on topics related to sales, AI in sales and diversity. Currently, Lori is the Vice President and Global Head of Business Development at Cloudflare. She also is the Board Chair for myGwork, an LGBTQ recruitment platform and community.
