Carol Fishman Cohen co-founded iRelaunch in 2007, and Katharine Zaleski was a hiring manager at the Washington Post and Huffington Post in 2008 - 2009 before co-founding PowerToFly in 2014. Katharine and Carol discuss their experiences revolving around a changing labor market during this unusual 16 year stretch of time which included two recessions, a Pandemic and the recession/non-recession (who knows?) period we are in now.
