Rajiv Balakrishnan

With over 17 years of experience in the tech industry, Rajiv Balakrishnan leads Talent Acquisition for Celonis in India. Passionate about the evolving landscape of recruitment, he goes beyond sourcing to align hiring strategies with organizational vision and long-term impact. Rajiv thrives on the dynamic nature of tech and is driven by the opportunity to connect great talent with meaningful innovation

Sarang Sahani

Senior Director Engineering, Celonis India

Sarangadhar Sahani is a seasoned engineering leader with nearly 20 years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams, driving large-scale product architectures, and delivering enterprise-grade platforms. At Celonis, he leads product engineering initiatives that transform complex visions into scalable, real-world outcomes.

His expertise spans event-driven systems, intelligent process automation (IPA), SaaS integrations, low-code/no-code platforms, developer tools, BPM/workflow engines, GenAI and RAG-based solutions, blockchain/DApps, and internal developer platforms. Sarangadhar is passionate about defining and executing engineering roadmaps, managing complex projects, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to accelerate innovation and business impact.

Greg Czajkowski

EVP Engineering, Celonis

Greg is a distributed systems and organizations scaling expert. Before his role at Snowflake, he spent 13 years at Google as VP of Engineering responsible for a broad portfolio of Google Cloud data analytics and machine learning products, and for internal services addressing the data analytics needs of all of Google’s businesses. He also spent six years at Sun Microsystems, working on Java runtime environments and operating systems. Greg earned his PhD in Computer Science from Cornell University, has an MBA from UC Berkeley, and obtained his undergraduate degree from AGH Krakow, Poland. He currently holds over 50 patents.
