Who Should Attend

This event is open to all; however, the experience is intentionally designed for engineers and data professionals with approximately 2–5 years of experience who are eager to build impactful technology at global scale.

If you have a strong foundation in engineering principles and enjoy solving complex, real-world challenges, we encourage you to join us and explore opportunities with Visa.

We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in areas such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Spark, SQL, distributed systems, data pipelines, and modern engineering frameworks and tools. That said, we also welcome adjacent technical backgrounds—Visa values strong fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and long-term potential over a perfect match to any specific tech stack.
