Carol Fishman Cohen is the Chair and Co-founder of career reentry firm iRelaunch, which works with over 100 global employers to build and expand their in-house return to work programs, and engages with a community of more than 80,000 "relaunchers." Her TED talk "How to get back to work after a career break” has over three million views and has been translated into 30 languages. Cohen hosts the 3,2,1 iRelaunch podcast, which has released140 episodes that have been downloaded over 200,000 times.

Kaley is an experienced Principal Recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the Telecommunications industry. Before joining Raytheon Technologies, Kaley held positions at Nexius and Experian. She holds a Master's focused in Management from The University of Phoenix.
