Katy is a visionary leader of transformative high-impact teams and a thought leader and mentor to start-ups and rising professionals. She works as a Senior Program Manager Lead at Google in New York City, where she has been awarded several patents for pioneering sustainability efforts. Katy is a talented Interior Designer with her firm Pierre Noir LLC and has over 20 years of experience. She is a LEED Green Associate accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council and is certified in Sustainable Building Design by the highly acclaimed Pratt Institute.
