How can we use this moment in time to revolutionize the way we think about our work environments? And how might that adjustment create a more inclusive industry? Long-term meaningful change can start with a new way of working: FLEXWORK, a work environment led by employee-choice. Companies need to shift, following the preferences of their employees as they look to define how employees work, contribute, and develop.
