Being Black in Technology

As a Black woman in the Technology community, Carita Marrow knows firsthand just how much we're lacking when it comes to racial diversity. If we're failing to achieve true equality in the workforce, we are certainly falling behind when it comes to helping the Black community feel supported in Tech. Carita will discuss how to leverage your skills to move into the Tech world and feel confident doing so. This talk will be moderated by PowerToFly's Meg Alexander, Delivery & Marketing Specialist.
