What does it mean to be a leader in today’s world? For one, humans are complex beings with a wide range of identities. As the complexities of humanness do not end when work begins, what does this mean for leaders looking to create a space that is inclusive of all people? Join two members of the ThinkHuman team, Sam Guilbeaux and Lauren Guilbeaux, as they explore how inclusion efforts of leaders enables people to show up to work as their full selves. The conversation will explore the implications inclusive leadership holds on the individual and organizational level. The discussion will serve as a springboard for organizations who are looking to create real change, starting with their leaders.
