Key Principles to Deliver on the Promise of the Cloud

Have you organically adopted the cloud to circumvent Corporate IT? While the lure of Cloud to drive resiliency and agility is real, failing to create and align on an enterprise cloud strategy can expose the organization to unnecessary infrastructural complexity, security risks, and cost overruns. At the core of an enterprise cloud strategy are choices and trade-offs. What Cloud Service Models to pursue – IaaS, PaaS, Serverless? What Cloud Architecture to invest in - cloud native, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud? What Migration Approaches to leverage – full re-architecture, refactor? In this session, ADP Chief Technology Officer Urvashi Tyagi demystifies cloud strategy by sharing key principles to help develop an enterprise-wide cloud strategy.
