The Fight for Paid Family and Medical Leave with Molly Day, Chief Operating Officer and incoming interim Executive Director of PL+US

In the U.S., people go into debt or even lose their jobs simply for having a baby or caring for a family member. In fact, the US stands alone as the only industrialized nation with no national paid family leave policy. PL+US is fighting to change that. In this fireside chat, Molly Day, the Chief Operating Officer and incoming interim Executive Director of PL+US: Paid Leave for the U.S, tells us what her organization is doing to achieve universal paid leave in the United States by 2022.
