Meet The Speakers

Jinada Rochelle
Jinada Rochelle
CEO at Jinada Rochelle LLC
For 13 years, I've used my skills as an employment specialist to help improve EEO, fair housing, and accessibility programs and policies in the Pennsylvania. Justice, systemic change, and empowerment for all have fueled my work, which most recently includes conference and symposium planning and speaking. As a public speaker, I've worked with internal and external stakeholders, and developed customized training programs to educate constituents on key issues. My knack for interpersonal communications has helped me improve the exchange of information between executive leadership, management, and union and non-union employees. If your organization embraces growth, ethics, and accountability, message me to discuss how my knowledge of corporate and government operations, staffing, sales, state laws, federal laws, and compliance can improve your systems and procedures.
