What do I want to do with my life? I want to help a company make a big difference in the way it meets customer needs. It can be through changing the product offering and finding that one item that changes your day, or it might be the way I can tell you about our firm. It might be in the relationships I manage that help companies come together to get you what you need. It can be in the online and mobile presence that has suddenly established that we are a part of your regular web routine. I am a Strategic Relationship Manager with a deep knowledge of linking company strategy with sales execution. My specialties include leveraging alliances, channels, and social media, and I know I can help your firm. Nick graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with dual degrees in Psychology and Sociology and he is always looking for the next mountain to climb. Nick Enjoys making an impact on people’s lives. He began working in Probation and as a counselor at a detox center. Having since moved on to greener pastures in a fantastic cube farm, he works on building and maintaining Python scripts and Stored procedures to scrape and clean data from around the globe on many different commodities. When not unearthing the secrets of the matrix, Nick loves teaching friends a multitude of board games or trying to keep his troop of herbs alive long enough to cook with them. Nick makes a habit of constantly improving himself and the environment he’s in.

Emma Cusdin has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources having worked for global

financial services organisations. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Emma is an openly trans woman, having transitioned in 2009, and she is passionate about raising awareness of trans & non-binary issues.

Emma has spoken at many trans & non-binary events organised by leading private sector companies. She has been featured in the Financial Times and has written a number of blogs including for the Huffington Post and HR Zone.

Emma was a Trustee for the Gender Identity Research & Education Society (GIRES) and she chaired the National Trans Youth Conference for 2 years in succession. She also was a co-founder for Trans*formation.

She was delighted to receive the Positive LGBT Role Model Award at the National Diversity Awards and she appeared in the OUT at work top 50 UK LGBT Executives.

In 2019, Emma was delighted to receive the Prime Minister’s Office Points Of Light recognition for her tireless work in trans & non-binary inclusion.

In September 2020, she became a Trustee for the Human Dignity Trust.

Emma is a Director at Global Butterflies, a company that has been extremely successful in bringing about trans & non-binary inclusion and acceptence within corporate organisations in the UK, US and Canada.

Sienna J. Brown is a Global D&I strategist at PowerToFly. As an educator, expat and entrepreneur her mission is to teach driven women how secure remote work opportunities aligned with their bigger mission and provide them with freedom and flexibility. Over the past 6 years, her focus has been working with companies and employees to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces that have a positive impact on their personal and professional lives. When she’s not working, she’s at home on the Mediterranean coast watering her plants, cooking a good meal or engaging in meaningful conversations with friends.
