Relieving Resource Constraints on Social Impact Work with Eric Li, Director of Harvard Computer Society Tech for Social Good

We sit down with Eric Li, Director of Harvard Computer Society Tech for Social Good, to learn how Harvard talent is partnering with nonprofits, government agencies, and social impact organizations to amplify their impact through technology. The Harvard Computer Society Tech for Social Good understands that technology and social good are often misaligned, and are focusing on need finding and human-centered design to ensure their projects are impactful.

Harvard CS + Econ | Director of Harvard Tech for Social Good | SWE Intern at Google
I'm a sophomore at Harvard studying Computer Science and Economics. I'm passionate about technology, policy, and economic development and founded Harvard Tech for Social Good, an initiative to create a world where students fully harness the power of technology to catalyze positive change by providing technology consulting services to nonprofits, government agencies, and social enterprises. Through my internships, I've worked at Google X, Precision Agriculture for Development, and the Boston Housing Authority. I was also selected as a 2019 Cameron Impact Scholar, a four-year full-tuition merit scholarship.
