How to Network in a Virtual World

Networking events have long been regarded as incredible opportunities to identify mentors, champions, scholars in your industry, or even colleagues who share similar interests along your professional journey. The COVID-19 pandemic placed a halt on many in-person events; however, the importance of networking remains! This session will support participants in identifying virtual networking events relative to their industry/career interest, teach candidates to use social media to professionally network, and provide tips to develop authentic connections despite the pandemic.
