A Candid Conversation on Being a Caregiver Today

How can companies best support working parents and caregivers, especially mothers, who are dealing with the shifting demands of today's environment or who are making a career pivot? Learn from this panel of working moms on how to navigate today’s workplace, how to help bridge the gender gap and how to find your village in a competitive workforce. Attendees will also learn about a pilot initiative – APCO Encore – a program designed to support caregivers interested in re-entering the workforce but who desire increased flexibility to meet personal obligations. Bring your questions! This conversation is made possible by Smartsheet and American Express.
