Maggie Hott
Director of Sales

Maggie is the Director of Sales at Webflow. She was formerly with Slack as a founding Account Executive and then Sr. Enterprise Leader. Before that, she worked with Eventbrite as a founding sales hire. She is now also dipping her toes into angel investing & scouting for Cowboy Ventures, mentoring for First Round, and advising for Scribble Ventures. Outside of work, Maggie is a 2x Iron(wo)man, Advanced Open Water Diver, Marathoner, Triathlete, Philanthropist, dog lover, and a new mom.

Simi Raina
Simi Raina
Director, Head of Legal

Simi joined the Webflow team in early 2021 as the Director and Head of Legal. Prior, she was a Senior Counsel (Enterprise Products, Uber for Business) at Uber.

Jiaona Zhang
Jiaona Zhang
VP of Product

Jiaona is an experienced product leader with a strong background in consumer products and platform. She has built zero-to-one products that have generated hundreds of millions in revenue and has extensive hiring and management experience from IC PMs to Product Directors. Jiaona has also operated at both small (<30) and large (10,000+) organizational scale, navigating teams through hyper-growth, layoffs, and shifts in company direction. Outside of her role as VP of Product at Webflow, Jiaona is a graduate-level lecturer at Stanford University on product management.

Leah Conner
Leah Conner
Senior Sales Enablement Manager

Leah is a former Dance Teacher, turned Sales Trainer and Sales Enablement Program Manager. Drawing from her 10+ years of experience in teaching and 9+ years experience in Tech Sales, she is a passionate and hands-on sales coach with a knack for program creation and execution. Leah has led new business and upsold sales teams, worked with entry level SDRs through Mid-Market Sales Professionals, and built a Sales Enablement strategy from the ground up.

Enterprise Account Executive

Simran has a proven track record of success in sales, marketing and business development within the technology and consumer goods industry. She passionately aligns communications and revenue strategies to celebrate the true value of a product while supporting organizational growth. In May of 2021, Simran joined the Webflow team as an Account Executive.

Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Monique joined the Webflow team one year ago as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive. She is also the Owner and Designer at Kinship Cap Co., a platform for pattern and design creation, social media marketing, PR, collaborations, brand voice, product photo shoots, sales optimization, project budget, pop-ups, drip email campaigns, trend analysis, and wholesale partnerships.
