Customer Support Associate II
Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Customer Support Associate II to join our team in Guadalajara, MX.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.
- Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms.
- Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.
- Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.
- Filling QI Forms and provide follow up to Formal QI claims until having a solution for the customer.
- Work closely with Warehouse team and Transportation team to provide status and solutions to customer in regards to their shipments, tracking numbers, delivery time, expedite requests, hotshots, etc.
- Creation and analysis of sales related reports.
What We Are Looking For:
- Typically requires a 4-year degree or 2-4 years of experience.
- 2-3 years of B2B customer service experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
