Job Details
The ServiceNow Technical Consultant is a key member of our ServiceNow Pre-Sales and delivery team and owns the overall design of the platform and mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements.
You will own the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of ServiceNow within the client environment!
Responsible for demoing ServiceNow features and functionality to clients
Offer mentorship, leadership, and project oversight in regards to ServiceNow technology workflows
Responsible for internal artifacts and work to ensure they meet solution requirements
Work directly with the client’s product owners, scrum masters/project leaders, and solution architects, which includes presenting the design and development work to the broader project team.
Work closely with the development teams, participate and lead design and architecture reviews
You will build integrations using infrastructure platform APIs via SOAP and/or REST APIs
Consent to technical specifications and documents, architecture diagrams, system documentation and manuals
Sign off on update set promotion to production
Participate in pre-sales activities related to the technology workflows (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM), including project sizing and prioritisation
