We’re looking for a Support Engineer who loves troubleshooting and teamwork. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support, resolve incidents, and take part in projects that make a real impact for our customers.

 

What you’ll do

  • Deliver technical support for Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Azure, M365, SQL, and Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating when needed to senior engineers.
  • Communicate clearly with customers in Russian or Kazakh, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Contribute to IT projects focused on Microsoft platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate closely with your teammates.
  • Continuously learn and deepen your expertise in Microsoft solutions.
