Make an impact where insights shape strategy.

• Own the full financial lifecycle for $100M+ in indirect spend, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and spend performance tracking.

• Lead the month‑end close process by preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Develop advanced financial models to support capital investments, long‑term planning, and new site initiatives.

• Identify cost‑saving opportunities by analyzing spend trends and operational drivers across the plant.

• Partner with cross‑functional leaders (e.g., Indirect Sourcing, Facilities, R\&D, Quality, Headquarters) to drive cost‑out initiatives and guide financial decisions.

• Facilitate monthly business reviews by delivering clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with IT and shared services teams to automate workflows and improve system integration.

• Design and deploy Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into financial performance and support data-driven decision making.

• Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)

• Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience

• Experience with Power BI or comparable analytical / reporting tools

• Knowledge of manufacturing operations

• Cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience

• Experience with JDE or Hyperion systems

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being onsite 3–4 days per week to stay closely connected with our teams and operations.
