We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate to play a key role of leading the transformation and change management in the Data Distribution team.
In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the HR Data Distribution team, which is accountable for the project delivery of a strategic, multi-year initiative to transform the data distribution platforms.

What you'll do in the role:
- Partner with HR and Technology teams to create functional specifications for ongoing changes made to the data ecosystem
- Work closely with peers and stakeholders to access, pull, clean and analyze data from a variety of systems
- Document business processes for data entry/updates made in various systems and consult with technical developers to design the integration solutions between systems
- Write user/sprint stories that will be relied upon by workstream to understand how the data is processed and transformed
- Conduct fit-gap analysis for existing data consumers and vendor reporting products against requirements to execute change management processes
- Partner with Technology and HR testers to help design their functional and system testing strategy and develop test cases for new system functionality
- Conduct verification and investigation activities to research data issues and work closely with IT towards remediation
- Function as a Relationship Manager, engage stakeholders to ensure delivery timelines are met
- Build excellent work relationships with different teams globally
- Effectively develop communication channels, set up meeting agenda and document outcomes.
- Testing and analysis on large data sets
- Understand downstream consumer's data requirements, perform analysis, impact assessment, and mitigate any impediments
- Be involved in BAU activities to ensure the data platform is working efficiently
- Manage annual attestations with downstream ensuring compliance to the data management policies
- Provide training and support to HR staff on data management practices and system
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 4 years' relevant experience with strong process, data, and systems understanding.
- Have a good understanding of HR Data and systems, Data warehousing concepts and Data structures from a functional standpoint
- Functional knowledge of Workday, PeopleSoft, or other HR, HRIS, HCM systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; proven ability to work in a team environment with the ability to operate independently.
- Confident communication skills (strong written and verbal English) and ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
- Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies.
- Should have worked on system migration/transformation projects.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills, excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.
- General knowledge of end-to-end project management lifecycle
