【業務内容】

・データ分析等を実施し、業務改善を推進する

・3PL(業務委託会社)と協働し、チーム全体の作業効率を向上させる

・サプライチェーンにおける受注・出荷～売上計上(Order To Cash )迄の一連の業務

・カスタマーサービス（短期・長期貸出・売上業務）における社内外へのサービスの向上

・在庫管理業務

・チームメンバーの業務進捗・パフォーマンス管理
・チームメンバーへの業務指導、育成、フィードバックの実施
・業務分担・リソース配分の最適化によるチーム生産性の向上
・業務プロセスやKPIに基づくチーム課題の特定および改善推進

 【応募条件(必須要件)】

・リーダーシップをもって業務に取り組むことができる

・対人・コミュニケーションスキル（積極性・協調性・公平性）があること

・Excel VBA/Accessを含むMicrosoft Officeのスキルがあること

・ABC分析、原因分析、問題解決能力があること

・レポート作成能力があること

・業務上、データでのアプローチで改善を実践したことがあること

・医療機器ビジネスへの理解を向上させる意欲があること

We are looking forward to hearing from you if you can contribute to business improvement and service level enhancement through a data-based approach to the series of business processes in the supply chain from order receipt and shipment to sales posting (Order To Cash).

【Tasks】

・To analysis all the operational data for improvement in daily operation

・To work with outsource company staff corroboratively for team productivity and efficiency

・Order taking through Invoicing/Billing via shipment instruction to DCs( Order to Cash part in the total supply chain streamline) 

・To improve our customer(Internal/External) service level for all of our business model( Short term/ Long term Consignment and Dealer direct sales)

・Inventory Management

・To manage team members’ workload, performance, and daily operations
・To provide coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to team members
・To optimize task allocation and resource planning to improve team productivity
・To identify team-level issues based on KPIs and operational data, and drive continuous improvement

 【Requirements for Application】

・Able to work in a leadership role

・Good communication skills (proactive, cooperative and fair)Proficiency in Microsoft Office

including Excel VBA/Access

・Strong ABC analysis, root cause analysis, and problem solving skills

・Ability in reports development

・Must have experience in implementing improvements through a data-driven approach in

business operations.

・Willingness to improve understanding of the medical device business.
