DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):
- Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
- Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment and promote a culture of safety.
- Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.

- Quality:
- Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship.
- Support equipment uptime and perform downtime failure analysis.
- Work according to diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications using various tools and instruments.
- Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system and follow all quality procedures.
- Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures and perform quality inspections.
- Delivery:
- Perform troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and maintenance of equipment proficiently.
- Instruct and coach less experienced team members and act as an informal resource.
- Document and perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.
- Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints and schedule maintenance around production requirements.
- Solve problems, improve processes, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Teamwork:

- Complete training and personal development in line with business requirements.
- Actively participate in local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to enhance quality, safety, process, and employee development.

- Education, Licenses, Certifications: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: More than 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Experience:
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, assembly maintenance (e.g., pressing machines, tightening equipment), and basic PLC troubleshooting.
- Project Support: Experience in machine inspection, installation, and commissioning.
- Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated capability to define and complete continuous improvement projects.
- Maintenance Management: Ability to ensure equipment uptime, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) targets.
- Critical Spares Management: Knowledge of managing critical spares and maintaining minimum/maximum levels.
- Tool and Equipment Operation: Proficient in operating and maintaining various powered tools and equipment.
- HSE Knowledge: Understanding of HSE fundamentals, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) processes, machine guarding, and electrical safety. Familiarity with HSEMS, OHSAS, and IATF audits.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Mentoring: Ability to mentor and train team members.
