Who We Are

ProductNow builds AI teammates that eliminate coordination overhead in product teams. We help teams stay aligned, make better decisions, and move faster—together.

What makes ProductNow different is that we’re multiplayer-first. We’re not building tools just to make individuals faster, but systems that help entire teams think, decide, and execute as one.

We’re a team of experienced builders and industry leaders from Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Palantir, Adept, and Verkada. We work on the problems we’re solving every day—and we’re building ProductNow for ourselves.

If you’re excited about tackling real coordination challenges, building intelligent systems, and learning how high-impact products get built at scale, you’ll feel at home here.

In this role, you will
  • Build and ship end-to-end features: from frontend interfaces to backend services and APIs.
  • Own projects from concept to delivery, including: design discussions & technical scoping, implementation & testing, and post-launch iteration & improvements
  • Partner closely with product and design to translate ideas into intuitive, performant user experiences.
  • Contribute to system architecture, helping ensure our systems remain reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Explore and adopt new technologies pragmatically, choosing tools that deliver the most value.
  • Balance velocity and quality, shipping quickly while making thoughtful technical investments.
  • Strengthen our collaborative engineering culture, sharing knowledge and helping teammates succeed.

Engineers at ProductNow regularly work across the stack—frontend, backend, infrastructure, and occasionally data or ML systems. You don’t need to be an expert in everything from day one, but you should be excited to learn and grow across multiple areas.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for builders who love turning ideas into working products, solving problems together with product managers, designers, and other engineers.. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy owning real problems, proposing creative solutions, and delivering end-to-end implementations.

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have experience with modern web development, including React (or similar frontend frameworks) and at least one backend framework such as Node.js, Django, or similar.
  • Bring a strong product mindset, caring about building useful features and iterating based on real user feedback.
  • Take ownership of problems, proactively scoping, building, and improving solutions from idea to production.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well, and value low-ego teamwork, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to solve problems together..
  • Have a learning-first attitude, excited to expand your skills across the stack.

Our stack
  • Core: Monorepo • TypeScript • Turbo • Bun • Biome
  • Frontend: Next.js • Redux • Radix • Auth0
  • Backend: NestJS • Prisma • Postgres
  • Infrastructure: AWS • CDK • Vercel
  • Dev tools: Cursor • Claude • Graphite • GitHub • Loom • Linear

Engineers at ProductNow regularly work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and occasionally data or ML systems, so curiosity and adaptability are key.

If you’re excited about the role but don’t meet every single qualification, we still encourage you to apply.

Compensation & Location

The base salary range for this position is $145,000–$180,000 USD per year. Individual offers will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and role leveling within the engineering team.

In addition to base salary, this role includes a meaningful equity package and a comprehensive benefits offering.

Work Authorization: At this time we are unable to sponsor new visas, but we encourage you to check back in the future as this may change.
