Key Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality service to main customers post-implementation.
Maximize revenues through reseller partners.
Evaluate and recruit potential channel partners.
Support partners in sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
Formulate Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet customer needs.
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide customer care to physicians, surgical staff, and hospital administration.
Report regularly to the Regional Sales Manager on sales evolution and market insights.
Serve as an interface between external end users/suppliers and internal staff.
What We're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in the Medical Devices industry.
Degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Experience with hospital stakeholders (Surgeons, Nurses, Technical Services, Procurement).
Operating room experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Fluent in Italian and intermediate in English (min B2).
Territory and Travel
Territory: Emilia Romagna and Toscana
Base Location: Bologna, Modena, or Firenze
Travel Percentage: 70%
Operating Room Requirement: 70%
