As our new Account Manager, you will own and grow a defined set of enterprise accounts. Your focus is to build strong, authentic, long‑term relationships - understanding customer needs, driving value, and supporting their transformation across licensing, multi‑vendor offerings, and especially services. You will be trusted to manage your territory like your own business and drive excellent outcomes through meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture, and expand long‑term relationships with enterprise customers, including C‑level stakeholders
- Own a revenue target across your account portfolio
- Identify growth opportunities across licensing, multi‑vendor, and especially services, drive services adoption with presales support
- Conduct regular onsite client meetings to strengthen relationships and deepen engagement
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with presales teams (Digital Workplace, Security, Cloud, Multi‑Vendor)
- Maintain high activity levels, including proactive outreach, pipeline development, and accurate forecasting
