Primary Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product scrum team
• Closely works with delivery leads and architects to arrive at robust solution architecture
• Guides and leads the engineering team effectively towards high quality technical implementation
• Implement or do POC for the latest technologies and provide right choice of technologies
• Closely collaborate with product & US counterparts to define & implementing value-adding product features
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Expertise in back-end technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Kafka Streaming & Database
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Postgres etc.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools
• Proficiency in building and consuming APIs, and knowledge of GraphQL
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
• Proven excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
• Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualification:

• Practical experience with Google cloud services
