Key Responsibilities / Duties:
· Delivering/Deploying application and data enhancement releases working with multiple engineering team members
· Provide maintenance/support for existing real estate data analytics and reporting solutions built on Microsoft & AWS Technology stack including but not limited to products and frameworks like Power BI, Snowflake, Airflow
· Project Planning and Prioritization of tasks based on technology vision and road map
· Exercise judgment and discretion in software development and work assignments by prioritizing, planning, and tracking project progress
· Proactively look for modernizing, enhancing, and extending technical solutions wherever there is high value and benefit to business teams
· Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
· Collaborate and Mentor other developers on modern technologies and concepts whenever needed
· Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
· Utilize both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
Work Experience / Knowledge:
· Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile project management principles
· 10+ years of IT experience in application design and development using SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI)
· 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing engineers directly or indirectly
· 5+ Years of experience working on Real Estate Domain, including data models, industry workflows, and analytics use cases
· Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
· Proven ability to define data engineering best practices, oversee data pipelines, and ensure scalable, high-quality data solutions

· Flexible – able to meet changing requirements and priorities
· Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge in the appropriate technical areas
· Able to work in a global, multicultural environment
Working Conditions:
· Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust, and temperatures
· The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary
· Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment
· Hours may include evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hours a day on call support by pager and/or cell phone
· Able and willing to travel both domestically and internationally. Frequency and duration to be determined by manager. Estimate: 0-5%
