We are looking for a Collection Specialist LATAM to manage accounts receivable processes across multiple countries in the region, ensuring timely cash collection, policy compliance, and effective client communication. This role is part of a Shared Services (FSSC) model focused on standardization, automation, and service excellence.

• Manage corporate collections processes for clients across Latin America, including portfolio follow-up, aging analysis, and recovery strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients for negotiation, dispute resolution, and effective payment management.
• Manage accounts across multiple LATAM countries, considering local tax requirements (VAT, withholdings, etc.).
• Use ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support the team with escalations and issue resolution.
