The Trade Sales Manager is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of Trade client portfolio and actively seeking new business opportunities.

 

Requirements:

• Credit Structuring skills and risk assessment experience within the Trade Finance.

• Understanding product requirements, operational processes, credit requirements, Treasury costing mechanisms.

• Internal alignment with country or regional / product / sale counterparts for execution structured Trade Products.

• Ensure governance over sub portfolio.

• Communicate effectively with clients.

• Conduct market reads for specific deals.

• Responsibility as one if the members and contributors as the first line of defense from an operational and credit risk management perspective.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience.

• Credit Risk and Trade Product experience.

• Capital Markets Credit Risk Structuring or Credit Risk Management Experience.

• Knowledge of Polish and English.

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
