A Manufacturing Operator at Stryker performs the activities associated with the specific Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for the purpose of manufacturing, inspection or packaging of Medical Devices
What you will do
The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for some or all of the below:
- Producing and/or packaging and labeling high quality product within a team environment, in line with standard operating procedures.
- Inspecting components by using precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet engineering specifications.
- Completing production records and maintenance logs.
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
- Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures and requirements.
- Final Inspection Activities to include finished goods inspection and DHR review.
- Demonstrating safe working practices, correct use of equipment, product verification and the adherence to EHS, line clearance and 5 pillars compliance.
What you need
- Leaving Certificate, Trade or equivalent education level is required.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in GMP environment is preferred but not essential
* This role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract
