The Deal Operations Specialist plays a critical role in the sales process by managing and optimizing deal workflows, and supporting pricing and product implementation initiatives. This role partners closely with sales, finance, legal, and other cross-functional teams to streamline the deal process.Job Description and Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with sales and cross functional teams to manage the deal desk process to ensure deals are executed efficiently and accurately.
Continuously identify areas for improvement within deal processes, implement best practices, and streamline workflows to increase efficiency and reduce sales cycle times.
Manage and optimize deal desk systems and tools, ensuring they are configured to support business processes and aligned with overall company strategy.
Educate sales teams on deal desk processes, tools, and policies, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to execute deals efficiently.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, , Legal, and Global Business Operations to drive pricing and product initiatives.
Perform system and integration testing to validate functionality, identify issues, and ensure compatibility with existing operations
Work with project managers and colleagues across the business to track progress on key deliverables and escalate risks to the lead project manager/program manager immediately to be resolved
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related studies ; or equivalent work experience.
Atleast 4 years work experience in order management, sales operations or deal desk role.
Strong understanding of project management
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., CPQ, pricing tools).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$78,000 and $118,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
