Job Overview
The Deal Operations Specialist plays a critical role in the sales process by managing and optimizing deal workflows, and supporting pricing and product implementation initiatives. This role partners closely with sales, finance, legal, and other cross-functional teams to streamline the deal process.
Job Description and Requirements
Educate sales teams on deal desk processes, tools, and policies, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to execute deals efficiently.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, , Legal, and Global Business Operations to drive pricing and product initiatives.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$78,000 and $118,000
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
