Stryker is seeking a Program Manager, Service Operations to join our Endoscopy | Stryker division in San Jose, CA. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on-site about 3 days per week. What you will do:
As the Program Manager, you will collaborate with Commercial Operations leadership, Divisional PMO and cross functional partners to define, manage and own service launches for new product development. You will have the opportunity to work with Endoscopy and Sports Medicine leadership stakeholders to ensure project objectives are appropriate, required project resources (budget and people) are allocated, and project risks are mitigated. You will be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Technical Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the detailed project/program Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, interdependencies, and intersecting milestones. Own the project/program schedule, create a shared vision for project team, and monitor plan vs. actual.
Act as the liaison between Commercial Operations, the Divisional PMO and cross-functional partners to ensure service strategy alignment and successful service launches.
Coordinate within Commercial Operations to define strategy, determine deliverables, assign resources, and align on priorities.
Develop a stakeholder engagement and communication plan for the projects, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of stakeholder expectations and requirements.
Establish priorities, imparting a sense of urgency and importance to the team while using project management tools and techniques to support the delivery of new products per cost and time commit
Understands medical device quality system(s) and is accustomed to working in a regulated field.
What you need:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or relevant field
8+ years of combined experience in engineering (sustaining or new product development), project management, or management roles
Preferred:
Certifications:
PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred
Experience working within a regulated industry
$112,800.00- $239,900.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
