Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for insulation & components business growth in responsible market on behalf of GC HUB.
You will evaluate market conditions, prepare sales plans and forecast, and develop cost-effective business strategies to achieve objectives.
You will establish and maintain effective customer relationship to understand customer needs, ensure a positive customer experience.
You will develop & influence customer from commercial & technical perspective by comprehensive exploring and analyze the market information.
You will formulate Pipeline plan & market strategy and make implementation into orders and achieve yearly OR budget.

Your background:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree majored in science or engineering (electrical/power related major preferred).
More than 3 years of experience on sales, business development, account management in related industries.
Responsible and stable, positive & innovative, self-driven & persistent with work pressure, strong communication & collaboration, customer-focused & result-orientated.
Hands on MS-Office skills.
Adapt to frequent travel.
Adequate English communication.
