Job Details

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for insulation & components business growth in responsible market on behalf of GC HUB.

  • You will evaluate market conditions, prepare sales plans and forecast, and develop cost-effective business strategies to achieve objectives.

  • You will establish and maintain effective customer relationship to understand customer needs, ensure a positive customer experience.

  • You will develop & influence customer from commercial & technical perspective by comprehensive exploring and analyze the market information.

  • You will formulate Pipeline plan & market strategy and make implementation into orders and achieve yearly OR budget.

  • Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree majored in science or engineering (electrical/power related major preferred).

  • More than 3 years of experience on sales, business development, account management in related industries.

  • Responsible and stable, positive & innovative, self-driven & persistent with work pressure, strong communication & collaboration, customer-focused & result-orientated.

  • Hands on MS-Office skills.

  • Adapt to frequent travel.

  • Adequate English communication.
