Responsibilities
- Identify leads and prospect needs, engage technical resources, and close deals to exceed sales and product objectives.
- Create client demos/presentations, quotes/proposals, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to address client needs, using solution-selling techniques to guide the sales process to close.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain business relationships within existing accounts.
- Provide accurate sales activity tracking and status updates on Salesforce (CRM).
- Work with management to provide forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and recommend solutions.
What we’re looking for
- Sales experience in a SaaS company with a proven track record (end to end).
- Understanding of outreach methods to approach new clients, with a hunting mindset.
- Experience selling video solutions, phone solutions, or contact center solutions.
- Ability to hunt for new accounts, maintain business within existing accounts, and manage complex sales situations and large projects.
- Excellence in presentation skills with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
