DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across areas such as Inbound, Outbound, and Kitting , based on direction from operations management.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards , identifying and reporting hazards, and leading HSE training for the team.
- Follow quality processes to minimize cost and risk, performing checks on incoming goods and identifying non-conforming materials.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods , utilizing warehouse tools and systems to optimize space and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain a clean and orderly work area, contributing to continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, and process efficiency.
- Conduct inventory control activities, including cycle counts, API counts , and monitoring stock levels to ensure availability of critical items.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
- College or University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Forklift Operation is a plus.
Experience:
Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills in logistics, warehousing, and third-party logistics provider management.
Experience in inventory control , including processing documentation, cycle counts, and coordinating stock status.
QUALIFICATIONS
Core responsibility
Process documentations, item receipts and issuance items on site, monitor and reports expiring stocks for disposition and submits month end reports (day 1)
Conducts cycle Count, API counts
Reviews and Coordinates stock status specially on items with critical inventory levels
Basic knowledge on warehousing and logistic activities (receiving, issuance, documentation, inventory counts), High School diploma or certificate of secondary diploma or equivalent experience in warehousing and logistics,
A plus if the applicant has knowledge on Forklift Operation
