Job Details
We are looking for a motivated Digital sales representative to join our growing team and help get results. As a digital sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads using digital channels, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone, in-person or online. You will also be in charge of maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and referrals.
Understand customer needs and difficulties, and offer solutions that match their requirements and budget.
Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle, and handle objections and rejections.
Track and update sales activities and pipeline using CRM software and other tools.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
