Prior to OnDeck Martha was the Senior Vice President and Head of Operations at OnDeck where she oversaw all aspects of operations, including loan originations and servicing, fraud strategy, sales, and operations training. She received a bachelor’s degree in disaster management from the American Military University and an MBA from Shenandoah University.
