Sr Product Manager, Connectivity Product

Jenni is highly skilled at needs assessment, developing relationships, and building new business through creative campaigns. Jenni joined Charter Communications just about a year ago, after spending time at WOW! and Starz Entertainment.

Stephanie Brawley
Stephanie Brawley
Sr Director Video Operations, Network Operations

Stephanie joined Charter in 2018 with the Video Operations Support Center where she was responsible for Metrics and Reporting, working cross-functionally with other stakeholders to drive performance improvements. In 2020, Stephanie was promoted to lead the Video Operations Tools & Automation Team as well as oversee the Metrics and Reporting. Prior to Charter, Stephanie worked for a Software Development company in which she gained a wealth of experience in the areas of Software Development and Implementation. Stephanie obtained her Bachelorā€™s degree from Wittenberg University and JD from University of Nebraska.


In Stephanieā€™s current role, the Tools and Automation Teamā€™s primary objective is monitoring network health and proactively identifying network events to enhance our customersā€™ viewing experience. The team develops operational tools and is focused on process automation.

Alia joined Spectrum in the Orlando area in 2017 as an Enterprise Technical Support Technician. Now Alia is Sr Engineer Manager, Wireless Network Operations.
